This will be a short one, because Lucas is ready for sleepy time, though its only 3:30pm. Krissy just got the option from the nurse for a bath or a walk. She took both. They did a short walk through the hallway and a fairly decent sponge bath from a nice nurse’s assistant, named Shannon. Now after all the excitement, Krissy is back in her lazy boy chair for sleepy time. Oh, I almost forgot, she is also taking a bit more water sponges for liquid and a fair amount of ice chips. The nausea seems to have left as well. Very GOOD!
The nurse is in now,…time for a pain medicine and some potassium,…she was a little low, but nothing major. My family is supposed to be by here soon, so hopefully we’ll both get a little sleep before they arrive. That’s all for now…
